Dear Leigh,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the technicians from Georgia Cooling for doing such a wonderful job when it came to installing our A/C unit. On June 16, 2011,  Chris Jones came over and inspected our unit and discovered that it was necessary to get a new one.  He took his time and explained every detail to me and was very patient with answering my questions.  He was very respectful and caring and most importantly very thorough with his job.  I had the same experience with John Wood who made suggestions as to how the new unit would be installed and ensured me that if any future repairs were needed, it would be placed in an area that would have easy access.  I have to say that it looks so much better in the new spot!!!

Kevin and Mike came on June 17, 2011 and were just as wonderful!! As hot as it was, they worked very hard and made sure that our unit was installed in a timely manner.  They too were very understanding when it came to my concerns and answered any questions that I had.  They took their time and showed me how the new unit worked and functioned.  For someone who isn't exactly knowledgeable on A/C units, they made it possible for me to understand!! The payment plan is an added bonus to the wonderful service that you already provide and I thank John Wood for going over the details of that with me.

I TRULY thank everyone at Georgia Cooling for being so kind and caring when it came to our needs.  I will most certainly refer you to my friends and neighbors if they need any assistance with their own A/C units!!

Thank you for your rapid response to our recent crisis when our A/C failed. As senior citizens our health could very well have been adversely affected by prolonged exposure to the extreme heat.

Throughout the entire process, from the very professional trouble shooting ability of your service technician Matt Hall, through the advice, reassurance, and product presentation of your sales person John Wood, to the speedy action of your installation crew, we were very impressed with the system knowledge, capability, and attention to detail of all concerned.

After a forty seven year career as an aircraft maintenance technician I am a bit skeptical and not easily impressed. Your crew accomplished this is a very friendly, informative, and professional manner. I was defiantly pleased with all and would certainly recommend their services to anyone.

Dear Lee and Staff of GA. Cooling,

I want to personally thank you for your donation and support of the Sedar Meal that was held at Shirley Baptist Church before Easter. This was prepared and directed by Juliana Davis and Sherry Murone, he Mother. This was a great educational experience for the Sunday Class I teach.

I am the same person who has and will always appreciate what you did for Heart of GA. DDM. Thank you for attending Open House of the group home and sponsoring a Bowl-A-Thon Lane. We hope to move residents in very soon. Hoping to have state inspection this week.

Want to let everyone know what a great job the guys did today installing our new HVAC system. Very timely arrival - worked hard, hard, hard, all day and now have us cool as cucumbers. We are grateful to them for their efforts - not only coming out to work the service call Monday but also getting the new unit in. We have used GA Cooling for many years and have never been disappointed in the work performed. Would recommend them to anyone.
